CAFOD Salford cordially invites you to one of two CAFOD School Concerts to celebrate this special 50th anniversary year and CAFOD’s work with children in the developing world. Schools from across the diocese have been invited to send their choirs to sing at one of the two venues, one in the north and one in the south of the diocese. Both concerts will have the theme of food or harvest to match CAFOD’s Harvest Fast Day themes for schools and parishes of “Share the Harvest” and “A place at your table” and the new campaign: “Hungry for Change“. Admission is free for both concerts, but there will be a collection for CAFOD’s work with children on each evening.
The first concert is at St Alban’s Church, Larkhill, Blackburn, BB1 6HN on Thursday 18th October at 7pm.
