CAFOD Award for Loreto

Pupils at Loreto High School, Chorlton in Manchester became only the second group of pupils from a Catholic school in England and Wales to receive a CAFOD award for work done around Global Justice issues.

Esme O Keefe, Maya Marsh, Ellen McGovern and Rebecca Sabor were presented with the award at the Year 10 assembly. They have shown great commitment to global justice issues since Year 7 and continue to have good ideas on how to ensure we are living in a fairer world.

Ged Edwards, CAFOD Salford’s diocesan manager presented them with the award.
